Shipping and Receiving

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Ritual Botanicals is a one-woman apothecary, and all products are made in small batches, packaged by hand, and infused with reiki prior to being sent out.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged please notify us ASAP by emailing photos and descriptions of how you received it.

If you’re located in Vancouver, BC, and would like to avoid shipping costs by picking your order up in Vancouver, please select the “Pick-up in Vancouver” option at checkout. You will be contacted following your order confirmation to arrange time and date for pickup from our location in East Vancouver.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately and without exception we cannot accept exchanges or returns.  If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise.  Take a photo of the damaged items and notify us as soon as possible via email (hello@itsaritual.com)
